Following a recent update to Opus EHR, we identified an unexpected issue affecting the way certain historical data was displayed in the RCM.
The issue was promptly investigated by our team and steps were taken to correct the behavior. We’ve also implemented additional safeguards to help prevent similar occurrences in the future.
